I highly admire your work on this subject.
I live in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and I'm currently working on my thesis project to obtaing the degree in Industrial Psychology.
Since I heard the first time about "Burnout" I have been very interested in it as I relate it very much with the situation in the company I have been working for over 10 years.
The reason why I address to you to get information on the MBI form that is applied for surveys on this subject. I will highly appreciate if you could tell me where to get the Spanish versions and the Manual. Also information on Validity and Stability, Indicators, etc about Hispanic samples.
